A 90-minute guided group experience combining meridian work, breathwork, somatic consent play, and a gentle microvolt bio-electric current delivered through a DDS bio-electricity machine — inside Citta’s Energy Enhancement System (EES), a scalar wave field that actively recharges your cells to optimal voltage as you arrive. The DDS current lands in a body already primed and receiving.

Charge — first half (45 min)
We open the terrain together. You receive a grounded introduction to bio-electricity and how the DDS system works, move through a somatic consent exercise so you hold full self-direction throughout, a tantric polarization practice to awaken the hand and heart meridians, and meridian warming with movement, breath, and ohm to prepare the pathways for what comes next.

Current — second half (45 min)
The circle forms. Sitting palm to palm, hand to hand, the DDS current threads through the group — guided by rhythmic breathwork and the deep pulse of African talking drums. You may feel warmth, tingling, a softening behind the sternum, or a still, wide clarity. Every body responds differently. There is no right or wrong experience. Your stopword is always active.

Practical
