Breath & meditation
This gentle and grounding class combines conscious breathing with guided meditation to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation and inner balance. It is suitable for anyone seeking to release tension, calm the mind and reconnect with their natural inner rhythm.
Through soft, intentional breathing techniques, space is created in the body and awareness is brought inward, helping to regulate energy and cultivate presence. The practice naturally flows into meditation, allowing the breath to settle and the mind to become clear and receptive.
Conscious deep stretch yoga
Step into the vibrant flow of this unique and dynamic yoga class with seamless transitions between poses, driven by an energizing soundtrack.
You’ll discover a powerful blend of yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates, designed to enhance your balance, strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Each session begins with a grounding Tai Chi warm-up, followed by energizing sequences and core work, culminating in a deeply relaxing finish.
Hatha flow & breath
Reconnect with your body and breath in this grounding hatha yoga class that gently transitions into a calming breathwork practice. Through mindful movement, intentional alignment and conscious breathing, we explore the balance between strength and softness, effort and ease.
As the physical practice slows, attention naturally shifts inward. Guided breathwork techniques help soothe the nervous system, release tension and restore a steady inner rhythm. The practice is gentle, spacious and accessible to all levels.
Hatha Yoga
Reconnect with your body and breath in this grounding yoga class, guided by intentional movement and mindful alignment.
Rooted in the Sanskrit words Ha (sun) and Tha (moon), this practice brings harmony between the opposing energies within – strength and softness, activity and rest. Through a steady blend of postures, breathwork, and mindful awareness, hatha yoga not only build strength and flexibility, but also cultivates inner calm and clarity.
Kids yoga
In this playful yoga class, little ones explore movement through animals, nature, and imaginative stories. They learn to connect with their bodies, emotions, and energy in a safe, creative space. With room to move freely, express feelings, and unwind, they gently return to a sense of calm, structure, and physical confidence.
A joyful way for young children (ages 4–9) to explore themselves, inside and out.
Morning power yoga
Morning Power Yoga is an energising yet accessible class inspired by the principles of Ashtanga Yoga, thoughtfully adapted for beginners. We build strength, stability and focus while breath and movement come together in a steady, flowing practice.
This class helps you start your day feeling awake, centred and empowered — both physically and mentally. Ideal for those who want to build strength, deepen body awareness and experience movement as an active meditation.
Pilates
Strengthen, lengthen and center your body in this mindful Pilates class, guided by precise movement and conscious breathing.
Developed by Joseph Pilates, this practice focuses on core stability, posture and controlled flow, creating a balance of strength and flexibility. Through a steady sequence of exercises, Pilates builds lean muscles, supports a healthy spine and cultivates deep body awareness — leaving you both energized and grounded.
Restorative yin yoga
Unwind completely in this deeply nurturing yoga class, focused on rest, recovery and gentle release.
Using props to fully support the body, each pose is held in stillness for several minutes, allowing the nervous system to reset and tension to melt away. Soft breath, silence, and presence guide you toward a state of deep calm and inner replenishment
Sound meditation
Sound Meditation invites you to experience deep relaxation and inner harmony through the healing vibrations of sound. This session is designed for all levels and anyone looking to release tension, calm the mind and reconnect with their inner rhythm.
We use gentle, immersive soundscapes and instruments that help the body and mind let go, restore balance and cultivate presence.
Vinyasa yoga
A rhythmic, breath-led practice where movement and inhalation flow seamlessly into each other, creating a continuous and dynamic sequence. Postures shift like waves, sometimes strong and energizing, other times soft and spacious, guided by the natural cadence of the breath.
Vinyasa encourages you to stay connected to the moment, feeling the body, observing the breath and finding clarity within the flow. Over time, it can cultivate resilience, focus and a vibrant sense of aliveness.
Yin Yoga
Sink into stillness with this calming and meditative yoga class, designed to gently open the body and quiet the mind through deep, long-held stretches.
Focusing on the connective tissues, each pose is held for several minutes, inviting release, surrender and inner awareness. Supported by soothing music and mindful breathwork, this practice offers space to slow down, restore balance and reconnect with yourself.
Yin & Yang yoga
Start your day with a balanced reset. This 60-minute Yin & Yang class kicks off with a gentle morning flow (yang) to awaken the body and align breath with movement and is followed by deep, nourishing yin stretches to slow down and release tension.
Each week offers a different sequence and focus, supporting mobility, increasing range of motion and calming the nervous system.
