In this workshop, we work directly with that capacity. Through a blend of embodied movement, core strength, somatics, breathwork, and nervous system practices, you’ll learn how to shift your state, not by forcing it, but by understanding how your system actually works. We’ll touch on the role of the vagus nerve and how it supports your ability to regulate, recover, and bounce back from stress.

Along the way, we work with the body as an energetic landscape, sensing, directing, and refining how energy moves through you. You’ll feel how breath, sound, load, and repetition shape your physiology, and how resilience is built through rhythm, not control.

Expect a layered practice combining nervous system regulation exercises, breathwork, somatic awareness, dynamic movement, and integration through rest. We move through a clear arc, orienting, grounding, building capacity through pulsation, accessing clean activation, and integrating into deeper restoration. This is not about pushing harder or zoning out. It’s about becoming more responsive, more precise, and more adaptable.

We close inside Citta Holistic Haven’s Energy Enhancement Room, supporting deeper integration. These spaces use amplified electromagnetic and scalar fields, which may influence nervous system activity, cellular charge, and overall coherence, giving your system the conditions to downshift, reorganise, and absorb the work more fully.
