Our Energy Enhancement space is a quiet zone designed for deep rest and healing.

We offer 8 ultra comfortable electric chairs for daytime sessions and 2 spacious double beds for overnight stays, so you can choose what fits your needs. Whether you’re looking for a quick reset or deeper restoration, you’re welcome to drop in for a 2 hour day session or stay the night for the deepest relaxation and strongest therapeutic benefits.

Discounted packages are available for regular visits and, and can be shared with friends or family, provided they are accompanied by the package owner. These packages allow you to enjoy more frequent or longer sessions at a better rate, helping you maintain a balanced, healthy lifestyle and make profound shifts in your well-being.

SPECIAL GUESTS

At Citta, we believe the transformative benefits of the EESystem should be accessible to the whole family, including your little loved ones and even your furry companions. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we’ve designated specific times for children and pets.

Kids under the age of 16 can join for free when accompanied by an adult on Wednesdays in session 3 (14.30 – 16.30) and on Saturdays in session 2 (12.00 – 14.00). For night sessions: please contact us to encode children’s bookings and obtain their discounts.

Pets are welcome to join during session 4 on Mondays (17.00 – 19.00) for an extra fee of €20. We kindly ask that only well-behaved animals attend, and that you bring a crate or pen if needed to ensure a peaceful experience for all guests

WHAT TO EXPECT: SESSION GUIDELINES

To ensure your experience in our Energy Enhancement room is as relaxing and beneficial as possible, we have set out some session guidelines and recommendations, before, during and after your visit. Please read them carefully, so you can get the most out of of your time with.

As you continue your wellness journey, remember that the effects of each session accumulate over time, as each session builds upon the previous one. The recommended cumulative exposure is 20-30 hours to maximize benefits.

Before your session

Arrival
We kindly request you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session, so you have time to settle in and get comfortable.

Hydratation
Remember to drink plenty of water before, during and after your visit. Staying well-hydrated allows the received energy to flow fully and will help you maximize the benefits of your session. Feel free to bring your own water bottle, we’ll gladly refill it for you.

What to bring
Comfortable, layered clothing is recommended to enhance your relaxation. Don’t forget to bring socks (mandatory) or slippers as we kindly ask you to remove your shoes upon entry. If needed, we also have blankets to make you even more comfortable. Consider bringing a sleep mask if you want complete darkness for sleeping and earplugs if you prefer complete silence rather than our relaxing backround music.

Disconnect
We encourage you to treat our Energy Enhancement space as a no cell-phone zone and kindly ask to switch off your phones before entering the room. If you’d like to enjoy your personal music during your session, bring your own headphones and switch your phone to airplane mode.

Scent consideration
Please avoid wearing strong perfumes or oils, as some guests may be sensitive to strong scents.

During Your Session

Relax and unwind in one of our highly comfortable electric armchairs and/or beds. Feel free to meditate in silence or close your eyes, allowing yourself to drinft into a restorative sleep. Your body’s healing potential is maximized when you are in a state of complete relaxation. You may read if you wish, but we recommend closing your eyes for a more profound experience and optimal energy absorption.

Please be mindful of your fellow guests by minimizing noise and disturbances, allowing everyone to fully immerse themselves in their session. To maintain a peaceful and restorative environment, we kindly ask that you avoid using cell phones, electronics, or personal lights. All phones within the Energy Enhancement room should be turned off or set to airplane mode.

Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and start the detox process. Food is not permitted in our Energy Enhancement room. Snacks are allowed in the waiting area or can be consumed at Citta Conscious Cuisine. Please note that we recommend avoiding a heavy meal before your session, as your body will focus on digestion.

If you need to leave the room during your session, please do so quietly to maintain the serene environment. The restroom is conveniently located in the hallway.

At the end of the session, we’ll gently wake you up.

Last but not least: focus on what you want to receive, not on what you want less of. We encourage you to infuse your session with intention. Visualize your desired outcomes and pair them with emotions like gratitude and compassion. This synergistic approach can deepen your experience and contribute to your overall well-being.

Day Sessions
Night Sessions

Guests attending multiple daytime sessions can stay and relax in their chair during the 30-minute intermission. You’re also welcome to enjoy a short break in our waiting area or at Citta Conscious Cuisine.

Beds are spaced out to provide maximum privacy.

You’ll find a bathroom to use before your morning departure, conventiently located next to the restroom in the hallway.

AFTER YOUR SESSION

We highly recommend you to take a salt bath after each session in order to maximize your body’s detoxification process. By immersing yourself in this soothing bath, you assist in flushing out toxins that have surfaced on your skin during the session, promoting a profound sense of cleansing and renewal. You can purchase a bag of detox salts at Citta for €10, or we’ll explain how to create your own mix at home. If a full bath isn’t an option, soaking your feet in hot water with half the ingredients over the next two days will still effectively support the detox process.

Many guests feel deeply relaxed and peaceful both during and after their Energy Enhancement session. Others may experience detox symptoms such as a mild headache or aches in areas of weakness. Such symptoms are generally temporary and are an integral part of the healing journey. As your body adjusts to the detoxification, the effects will diminish and your body will then focus on its natural self-healing capabilities.

To support this natural detox process, it’s important to continue drinking plenty of water and nourish your body with organic, whole foods. Try to avoid processed foods, artificial additives and alcohol, as they can interfere with the cleansing process. Giving your body the right fuel will help you feel refreshed, balanced, and energized after your session

Remember that healing is a journey, not a quick fix. We recommend scheduling regular and consistent sessions to nurture your growth and holistic well-being.
