What to expect?

Yin and Sound work together like two bodies in a gentle, loving embrace. Yin yoga, as a physical practice, primarily targets the deepest connective tissues of the body: ligaments, joints, bones, fascia networks, and the meridian pathways. When sound is added, the practice expands to embrace the full spectrum of your being, exploring the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual layers of the Self.

The vibrations and unique frequencies of the instruments (such as Tibetan and crystal bowls, chimes, and drums) may activate the parasympathetic nervous system, guiding you into a deep state of relaxation, ease, and clarity.

Both practices are known to offer a wide range of powerful benefits, including:

Stimulating neuroplasticity

Clearing blockages and (re)opening energetic pathways

There is nothing to do, no one to become. However you arrive (exactly as you are), you are so welcome.

About the Teacher:

What once felt like pure chaos in the natural structure of the forest became the starting point of Sophie Pelsmaekers’ journey inward. In an adventure to reconnect with her true essence, she was offered clarity, tools, and guidance. A journey that continues to unfold each day, where every insight gently makes space for a new perspective. Like a born hummingbird, she followed subtle breadcrumbs toward new experiences and uncharted territory — feeling, sensing what doesn’t work, and recognizing what truly resonates.

Sophie’s deep calling reveals itself through her trauma-sensitive work — as a yoga teacher (yin, vinyasa, and hatha), sound bath facilitator, and guide in meditation and yoga nidra.
