During this workshop, we consciously slow down.
We briefly explore what stress does in the body and how tension often builds up without us noticing.
Then, we move into experience.
This is not a class where you need to perform, but a gentle space where you are invited to soften, release, and reconnect with your body.
A calm, guided session where we work with:
– Breathwork to regulate your nervous system
– Body awareness practices to recognize and release tension
– Stress release techniques to discharge built-up pressure
– Gentle yoga and stretching
– Guided meditation
– A deep Yoga Nidra session (lying down)
Everything is built up gradually, so you can safely relax — even if that doesn’t come naturally to you.
No experience needed. You don’t have to be good at anything.
