The Morning Reboot is more than a wellness workshop – it’s a 3-hour cellular and lifestyle reset that helps you slow down, recharge, and realign from the inside out.

In collaboration with Citta Holistic Haven, this intimate morning brings together the best of science and holistic living, guided conversation, conscious nourishment, and cellular rejuvenation through Citta’s cutting-edge Energy Enhancement System (EES).

Led by Radhika Shah – a Holistic Health Coach, this session helps you understand your body’s cues, reconnect with your natural rhythm, and walk away with tools that fit effortlessly into everyday life.

9:00 AM – Arrival & Welcome Drink

Ease into the space with a calming drink and short introduction circle.

9:15 – 10:15 AM – Conscious Breakfast + Guided Wellness Conversation

Over a hearty, gut-friendly breakfast, Radhika will lead an interactive and insight-driven conversation on how to create balance in your everyday habits — from nutrition and digestion to movement, sleep, stress resilience, and emotional well-being.

Through reflective prompts and real-life insights, you’ll gain clarity on how to build sustainable lifestyle changes with balance and intention. This isn’t a lecture — it’s an open, supportive dialogue that leaves you with practical, science-backed, and deeply sustainable shifts you can start that very week.

10:15 – 12:15 PM – Group Energy Enhancement System Session

You’ll lie down in CITTA’s EES chamber, a zero-stimulation space infused with scalar energy fields designed to:

✓ Support cellular repair and detoxification

✓ Promote deep nervous system recovery

✓ Realign your energy and sleep cycles

Radhika Shah is a certified Holistic Health Coach who specialises in gut and hormone health, emotional eating psychology, and sustainable lifestyle transformation.

Her approach blends functional science with natural, lifestyle-based practices, helping clients create balance that feels healthy, but also realistic, intuitive, and rooted in self-awareness.

Radhika has facilitated wellness programs across India and Europe, including the 2-Week Gut Reboot, Walk & Talk Circles, Menopause Workshops, and Kids’ Wellness Programs – each centred around real conversations, evidence based education and lasting change.
