The session unfolds as an arc: beginning with grounding and orientation, awakening strength and vitality through more activating movement, and gradually softening into slower, sensing-based practices that support regulation, integration, and inner spaciousness.
Along the way, we work through the body as an energetic landscape- cultivating stability, fluidity, personal power, heart-centered presence, and embodied clarity. This allows for both the nervous system and subtle energy to come back into coherence.
Rather than focusing only on relaxation, this experience supports the capacity to move fluidly between activation and rest, effort and ease, power and softness. Participants often leave feeling centered, energized, emotionally clear, and more deeply connected to themselves.
What to expect:
we’ll move through a nervous system reset arc:
• regulation tools to settle the nervous system and enter a parasympathetic state
• learn breathwork techniques for energy and clarity
• move through somatic movement to connect, open and release physical and emotional blockages
• build our way up into sympathetic activation through empowering yoga flows for strength and creativity
• slow the body and breath back down to rest and integration for a full nervous system reset
