This workshop is designed for those who have never practiced breathwork before, are curious about it, and wish to explore it in a gentle, accessible way. You’ll learn how to guide your breathing and what you might experience during the process. After this session, you’ll be ready to join deeper breathwork workshops.
We’ll explore breathwork through three gears: from relaxation, to guided breathing, to the flow state. This last phase is a deeper, connecting breath that helps release tension (lasting up to 8 minutes) — you’ll do it only when it feels right for you. Breathwork also opens your body to gently release stored emotions.
With my background as a physiotherapist and breath coach, I’ll guide you through the session. You’ll learn how your breathing system works and how it affects your body. We’ll do breathing and yoga exercises, along with practical tips and tricks to help open your body — which in turn enhances your breathing.
The group is kept small to maintain an intimate and safe atmosphere, allowing me to guide and support you individually where needed.
Who is this workshop for?
For beginners, for anyone curious but with no prior experience, for those with breathing difficulties, or anyone seeking more relaxation and a healthier, more functional breathing pattern. Breathwork can positively influence your metabolism, sleep, mood, and energy levels — this session helps you discover the foundation of functional breathing.
You’re also very welcome if you experience difficulties with breathing, struggle with hyperventilation, or suffer from symptoms related to dysfunctional breathing.
Please note:
This workshop is not recommended if you suffer from severe psychological issues, are on heavy medication, experience chronic hyperventilation, or have had recent surgery with scars. Don’t hesitate to contact me if you’re unsure.
