What is Transformational Breathwork?
Your breath is one of the most powerful tools for healing – and it’s always with you. Transformational Breathwork is a deep, conscious breathing technique that opens the door to physical, emotional, mental, and energetic release.
It works by activating the body’s natural intelligence to clear stored tension, unprocessed emotions, and limiting patterns. Through this process, you reconnect with your inner wisdom, expand your awareness, and experience a profound sense of calm, clarity, and aliveness.
What to Expect:
In this deeply immersive session, you’ll be guided through a rhythmic, connected breathing practice while lying down in a safe, supportive space. The journey is enriched by carefully selected music, powerful sounds, and ancient spirit songs that help deepen and ground your experience.
You may feel waves of emotion, physical sensations, or spacious stillness – whatever is ready to move will arise. The experienced Andrea will gently guide you through every step of the process, helping you surrender with trust and openness to whatever wants to shift, release, or emerge.
For those who feel called, Sananga eye drops will be offered as an optional addition during the breathwork session. Sananga is a sacred Amazonian plant medicine known for its powerful clearing and grounding effects. When applied to the eyes, it can help cleanse energetic blockages, sharpen inner vision, and support emotional release. While the initial sensation can be intense, the benefits often include a deepened connection to the body, clarity of mind, and an expanded sense of presence. You are welcome to try it if it resonates — everything is optional and your comfort always comes first.
For your comfort, it’s best not to eat for at least 1.5 hours before the session. Feel free to bring an extra blanket or pillow to make your experience as cozy and supported as possible.
About the Teacher:
I’m passionate about everything that has to do with the good life: a moving book, a delicious meal, an inspiring journey – and above all, life itself. I deeply enjoy spending time with my family, my two children, and my husband, who supports me wholeheartedly and gives me the freedom to follow my passions.
In my practice, I focus on personal growth, health, and holistic wisdom. I love sharing everything that works -everything that brings peace to our beautiful bodies, and supports harmony, well-being, and happiness down to the cellular level – so that you can truly shine as a human being.
I’m deeply fascinated by the Inca tradition. I followed several courses in Peru and hope to return one day. As a physiotherapist, I continue to train and explore new ways to support people -seeking out what truly touches and empowers them at the deepest level of their being.
In 2000, I experienced burnout. Since then, I’ve learned to listen to my body, tune into its signals, and follow my intuition. One thing I know for sure: helping people feel good in their own skin is not just my passion—it’s my calling.
