About the Teacher:
Séverine is a dedicated Yoga Teacher, Breathwork Coach, Emotional Release and Energy Facilitator whose Spiritual Journey began 15 years as a search for balance amidst the demands of daily life. What started as a personal practice soon blossomed into a profound calling, inspiring her to share the transformative power of yoga and holistic healing with others. Her approach weaves together movement, meditation, breath, and energy work to nurture the body, mind, and soul.
In 2015, Séverine completed her 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training with Yogalife in Belgium, marking the beginning of her professional path. She went on to coach Belgium’s Men’s and Women’s National Hockey Teams, using yoga & meditation to enhance their physical resilience, flexibility, and mental clarity in preparation for international competitions such as The Olympic Games in Rio (2016). This experience deepened her passion for understanding the body’s innate capacity for healing and optimization.
Driven by a commitment to growth and learning, Séverine pursued advanced certifications in Yin Yoga and Therapeutic Yoga, refining her expertise in anatomy, functional movement, and holistic well-being. Her teaching style is intuitive and heart-centered, offering practices such as Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, Yogalates, and Kundalini Awakening Journeys. She integrates breathwork, meditation techniques like Yoga Nidra, and energy practices into her sessions to create deeply restorative and transformative experiences.
Fascinated by the profound potential of healing at its core and inspired by a deep commitment to fostering transformation in others and healing in the world, Séverine successfully completed her training as a Neo Emotional Release (NER) Facilitator last year. As a NER Facilitator and Breathwork coach, Séverine holds compassionate spaces for individuals to release stored tension and reconnect with their inner selves. Her holistic approach encourages emotional healing while fostering self-awareness and balance. Guided by the belief that yoga is a way of life—a journey of connection and self-discovery—Séverine strives to inspire others to embrace their own paths toward harmony and wholeness.
Rooted in the mantra “Be the Change”, Séverine’s work reflects her dedication to creating meaningful experiences that uplift, heal, and inspire. Through her teachings, she invites others to explore the beauty of mindful living while cultivating deeper alignment with themselves and the world around them.
